Mercante Primitivo, Black Label

Italy – Puglia – Mercante’s Black Label uses Primitivo in an appassimento style, bringing concentrated dark-berry, cherry and raisin notes. French and American oak add depth to the fruit, while supple tannins give the palate a smooth, velvety feel. This Puglian red offers a richer expression than the estate’s steel-aged Blue Label.
