Age and identification
You must be at least 21 to order or collect alcohol. Bring your order confirmation and valid photo identification to pickup. Acceptable identification includes a valid government-issued driver’s license or non-driver ID accepted under New York law, a valid passport, or a valid U.S. military ID. We will not release alcohol to anyone under 21, without acceptable identification, or who is intoxicated.
Orders and availability
Review the product name, bottle or package size, vintage where listed, quantity, price, and pickup information before ordering. Photos and label artwork are for identification and may differ from current packaging. A placeholder drawing means a product photograph is not yet available.
Inventory can change while the store is serving customers. An order acknowledgment confirms that we received your order; it is not a pickup-ready notification. If an item is unavailable or an order contains a pricing or listing error, we will contact you about the affected item. We will not substitute a different product or charge an increased price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill an item you paid for, the amount collected for that item and its applicable tax will be refunded.
Payment and taxes
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. If you choose Pay at pickup, payment is collected at the store. Online payment methods, when offered, are processed by the selected payment provider. Applicable sales tax is shown with your order total before you place the order.
Free store pickup
Orders through this shop are for pickup at 53 Lido Blvd, Point Lookout, NY 11569. Pickup is free. Shipping and delivery are not offered through this checkout. Any order placed through a separate delivery service is governed by that service’s ordering and delivery process.
Please wait for the store to confirm that your order is ready, or call before traveling. Pickup hours are Monday 2–7 pm; Tuesday 2–8 pm; Wednesday–Thursday noon–8 pm; Friday–Saturday 11 am–8 pm; and Sunday noon–6 pm, local New York time. Holiday hours may differ. Contact us if you will be delayed or need to discuss pickup arrangements.
All sales final
We do not offer voluntary cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please read our Refund Policy before ordering. Exceptions for legally required remedies and orders the store cannot fulfill are explained there. Nothing in these terms removes a right you have under applicable law.
