Information we collect
When you place an order or contact us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, billing address, ordered products, order notes, and correspondence. Order records also include totals, tax, payment method, payment status, and fulfillment information. If you use a customer account, the shop stores the account information needed to provide access.
The website and its service providers may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, pages and products viewed, referral information, and activity needed to maintain your shopping cart and protect the site.
How we use information
We use this information to process and prepare orders, arrange pickup, communicate about availability and order problems, maintain business records, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and understand how the shop is used. Marketing messages, if you choose to subscribe, are separate from messages needed to fulfill your order. You can use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email to stop those messages.
Payments and service providers
Our shop uses WordPress and WooCommerce, with service providers for website hosting, security, analytics, email, and inventory and point-of-sale integration. Relevant order information may be processed through our KORONA integration to support store operations. Authorized staff and service providers may access information needed for their work. We may also disclose information when required by law or to address fraud, disputes, or the protection of our business and customers.
If an online payment method is offered and you select it, the payment provider processes the payment information under its own privacy terms. Our order records may retain payment references, status, and limited payment-method details. Please do not send card numbers or sensitive identification documents in order notes or ordinary email.
Cookies and analytics
WooCommerce uses cookies and similar storage to operate the cart, checkout, and account sessions. The shop also uses Jetpack and WooCommerce analytics to understand visits and shopping activity. Installed marketing integrations can support advertising measurement when configured; the data they process depends on which services are active and the choices available through those services. You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent the cart, checkout, or account features from working. Following a link to a social network, map, delivery service, or another website takes you to a service with its own privacy practices.
Retention and your requests
We retain order and transaction records for fulfillment, accounting, tax, dispute-resolution, and other business or legal purposes. The shop does not currently have a scheduled automatic deletion period for order records. Contact us to ask about information associated with you or to request access, correction, or deletion. We may need to verify your identity and retain records that are needed to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or complete a transaction. Available rights depend on applicable law.
Age restrictions and updates
Our shop is intended for customers age 21 or older. We do not knowingly accept alcohol orders from anyone under 21. If you believe an underage person has provided information through the shop, contact us. We may update this policy as our services or practices change; the date above identifies the latest revision.
