United States – Lake Erie – Black cherry, ripe plum and blackberry flavors are lifted by pepper and an earthy finish in this Lake Erie red. The 2019 bottling is mostly Lemberger with a small addition of Merlot. Extended aging in French and Hungarian oak supports its medium body and firm tannic structure.
