United States – Kentucky – Preservation's wheated bourbon comes from its pot-still operation in Bardstown, Kentucky. The distillery works with locally grown grain, ferments in small batches and uses copper pot stills. Oak maturation and limestone-aquifer water are central to the house's bourbon-making process.
